Made with minced santol (cotton fruit), shrimp paste, and coconut cream, the Sinantolan is best enjoyed as a side dish to fried or grilled fish. It’s also best as a dip, or enjoyed on its own with rice! Crafted in small batches by a community of women in the town of Gainza, Camarines Sur.
