Havaianas Loyalty Program

Complete Mechanics:

  1. 2% CASHBACK REWARDS
    • A customer will earn a 2% cashback reward in the form of points for every minimum purchase worth PHP500.00 in a single-receipt transaction = 10 points = PHP 10 cashback
    • Each point is equivalent to PHP 1.00 (1 POINT = 1PHP)
    • Example:
      PHP 1,000 purchase worth in a single-receipt transaction = 20 points = PHP 20 cashback
  2. EARNING OF POINTS
    • A customer will start earning points for every minimum purchase worth PHP 500.00 in a single-receipt transaction.
    • Transactions worth PHP 0-499.00 will not be qualified to earn points (non-cumulative).
    • Valid to all kinds of merchandise: Regular, Discounted or Marked-down Havaianas items including Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) items worth PHP 500 and above.
    • There will be no expiry of points unless program will be terminated by the brand.
    • Valid in the following participating stores:
      1. AFF SM Megamall
      2. AFF Trinoma
      3. AFF SM North EDSA Annex
      4. AFF Robinsons Ermita
      5. AFF SM Mall of Asia
      6. AFF Glorietta
      7. Havaianas SM Pampanga
      8. havaianas.ph
    • Returned & Exchanged Items
    • Same Value = Same Points
    • Lower Value = Same Points
    • Higher Value = difference of transaction value should be PHP500 and above
    • No exchange = Reversal/Addition of points (IR as requirements)
  3. REDEMPTION OF POINTS
    • A customer may redeem points for cashback for every visit with purchase in Havaianas and All Flip-Flops stores, excluding havaianas.ph
    • Customer may redeem or use his points only for transactions worth PHP 500.00 and above and cannot be used on discounted or marked-down items.
    • No minimum points required for the cashback.
    • Once customer chooses to redeem, all his points will automatically be used for the current transaction.
      • Example: A customer has 200 points and wants to redeem this in his transaction worth PHP 1,000. Customer may not choose to redeem only 100 points for the transaction. Havaianas will automatically use the full 200 points during the redemption. Upon using the points, customer will only pay PHP800.00.
    • Redemption is valid in any of the participating stores:
      1. AFF SM Megamall
      2. AFF Trinoma
      3. AFF SM North EDSA Annex
      4. AFF Robinsons Ermita
      5. AFF SM Mall of Asia
      6. AFF Glorietta
      7. Havaianas SM Pampanga
    • Once the points have been redeemed, the customer may not refund the points, especially for returned & exchanged items.
    • Returned & Exchanged Items: Points are earned on the initial purchase. No additional points are earned for same value and lower value of item exchanged.
      • Ex: Points = P100
        Product SRP = P1,000
        Transaction Value = P900
      • Same Value - same points redeemed per initial purchase will be applied to the Item exchanged.
      • Lower Value - points redeemed from initial purchase will be forfeited.
      • Higher Value - no additional points can be redeemed since full redemption is already made per initial purchase. Customer will have to pay for any additional value. Points will be earned for additional transaction value worth PHP500 and above.
      • No exchange = Reversal/Addition of points (IR as requirement)
  4. BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT
    • Havaianas loyalty members will be enjoying a Birthday Discount.
    • It will be a one-time 20% discount on their birthday month.
    • The discount is applicable to one pair of regular-priced Havaianas (not applicable to discounted, marked-down or PWP items).
    • The discount is not valid if redemption of points will be done by the customer (not in conjunction).
    • The member will be required to present a valid ID and provide his mobile number upon claiming the birthday discount.
